My Story

From being told I didn’t belong, to helping others thrive.

As a young woman navigating education and career progression, I experienced barriers, self-doubt and a lack of visible role models. Rather than allowing those experiences to define my future, I transformed them into purpose.

Today, I am an award-winning STEM leader, Chartered Scientist, educator, mentor, speaker and equity advocate. I help individuals, organisations and communities build the pathways, support systems and opportunities that I once had to discover for myself.
